Recommend me a fish filleting knife

Post by Silly Car »

Son in law to be has recently taken up sea fishing with the intention of eating the catch, so he’s in need of a decent, flexible, filleting knife. The budget is up to £50, if it comes in at the lower end, then I’ll add boning tweezers and / or a steel.

Ordinarily I’d go with what I use, but that’s a combination of a 20 year old ikea blade or my Kin Kougetsu knife which is a touch spendy for a gift although it is a pleasure to use.

:)
