The incident was simply a racing incident but Glenn’s actions afterwards was outrageous, to do that to a rider who is potentially hurt.
They have both been penalised. 3 points for Tommy and a grid deduction for the next race and 2 points for Glenn but I don’t think he’s been penalised for next races grid position.
