Samsung Galaxy
S20 Plus. Anyone had/own one. I have first dibs on one cheap what would be handy as the wifes phone is on the blink so she can have my S10+ so any known problems, Hardware, software. Does it run Android 13 OK.

Re: Samsung Galaxy
Yeah i ended up buying it. I dont think there is a great deal between the FE and Plus. I have a 0.2 of an inch larger screen and a better/larger camera and thats about it. Good phone what i will keep for a few years i think. Dono what the battery is like as i have wireless chargers at home and in the van so it never gets the chance to run low.

Re: Samsung Galaxy
I've encountered a problem with my new Samsung,it's a bugger to get into any pocket, even my bike jacket. We'll be carrying a rucksack for phones soon.

Re: Samsung Galaxy
I have that issue with jackets and my S23 Ultra. Not so much with jeans pocket - must be Northerner style jeans (deep pockets! )

Re: Samsung Galaxy
My jacket has a phone pocket but in the right. I am right handed so want it on the left but that pocket i cant close due to the bloody large phone.
Re: Samsung Galaxy
Late to the party but I have an S20 5G and I like it. The Plus has a slightly larger screen I believe, but the software does all the whizzy stuff you expect these days and it's remarkably slim and light.
That said I'm considering getting a rugged phone like Ulephone Power Armor before too long, as using these new dailny things for navigation on a motorbike is a bit fraught.

Re: Samsung Galaxy
I've got an S20 Plus.
I had to check! My phones are always Mrs. D's hand me downs But yeah, it's an S20 Plus. It is just about on the edge of being too big IMO...the S23 something or other she got next is take the piss big IMO. The S20 fits in normal jeans pockets though. It wouldn't with a big case.
What can I say, it's a phone. Camera is crazy good for a phone, but they all are these days.
One thing to note is the charging port is starting to get a bit shit, it takes some jiggling. 95% of my charging is wireless though, either on my desk or in the car.
Runs Android 13 just fine. I had to check that too, which shows how much I've noticed it.

Re: Samsung Galaxy
I had a normal S20 and it was fine, i lost it and now have an S21.
I think however the S20 Plus is a bit big, i struggle with the size of the S21 tbh and anything bigger would just be too much for the pocket.
