What's going on with my battery charging?

Got a cheap RC plane (Sonik RC) which includes a 3.7v 3600mah lipo battery.

The manual says charge for 3 1/2 hours, and that red light will flash while charging and then go out. The red light flashed on initial charge, but never went out.It gave us a good 15 mins of flight.

Charged for about 3 hours lat night. When I put it on charge this a.m. we got a solid red light. Got about 3 mins low power flight out of it. Now on charge and has solid red light again.

Any ideas or experience?

Light going out. We are going to try it again. Watch this space.

OK, I'm still confused. But it works We got a good 15 minutes of sustained flight, which is pretty amazing for a battery the size of the top joint on your little finger! Back on charge now. Red light on. Hey ho.
