MP3 is having to go.

My almost new MP3 is being sold. Hopefully on Saturday.
The original plan to have a more stable pillion for my lady wife has been scuppered.
We've recently been told that her spine is essentially buggered and only complex surgery might help, plus her left hip is not good.
I'm not prepared to risk her coming off and basically breaking like an egg shell and ending up crippled.
We're both sad that this is the case but know it's what we have to do.
I'm still riding solo on the guzzi at least.
The MP3 was certainly an experience to ride/drive. Glad I had the opportunity.

I won't be gracing Hertford and Bengeo with my presence on the MP3 anymore. You'd think it was a spaceship given some of the looks I got. Too much for the rarified air of Hertford!!

Didn't realise you were that close, I'm in Hertford Heath.

It's my son's town, but I work with him each week and of course visit him and his family. I'm further up the A10. Hertford Heath? Probably passed each other on occasions.

Sure does. And expensive with a hip replacement coming in at £15000. Hoping the NHS do the next one, else she's walking on 30 bags of cash.

In less than a day, it sold. Got a good price, no hassle, besides MCN, crooked bastards, giving me £17 refund on 9 months remaining insurance, minus £50 admin etc.
Anyway, I'm kind of pleased it's gone.
