Photo Help Please

When they were excavating on the plot next door, we saw that they actually went under our plot. But the only photo I can find is inconclusive, even though I know I took it to show such.
They are dragging their feet on the ensuing subsidence so want to show them some proof

In this picture the arrow shows where they went under our plot. The black rock wall is the boundary.

Is there any fancy way to drop a vertical line from that black wall to show where it would land so to speak? Or any other help ?

The handle of that hoe / pick is probably a better indicator than an edited photo - it appears to be in line with the wall.

If they dug that and your wall is now collapsing it shouldn't matter if they tunneled under the wall or not, it caused the collapse. I take it the wall has been there for several years?

If they dug that and your wall is now collapsing it shouldn't matter if they tunneled under the wall or not, it caused the collapse. I take it the wall has been there for several years?

The owner is a right stroppy cow. If they have gone under, it will give us leverage in other areas as well.

If the face of that concrete is vertically below the edge of your terrace, they must have dug underneath.

It's just a bargaining tool as we want them to drop a wall by about a foot.

Our wall has sloped by about 40mm. Doesn't seem much but big gaps opened up. And the pool gate doesn't shut any more. Big cracks in other places too.

Well yes, in that case i'd be asking questions and looking for repairs at a minimum.
