So had a bad accident in November non fault broken bones yada yada yada still off work. Still no settlement offer on bike or clothing. Injuries will take forever. However asked the insurance Company to get a settlement for my clothing but "they" say the rules say you need a medical before any clothing claim can be implemented. Is this Bullshit? Sounds like a load of bollocks to me as one has got nothing to do with the other. Been 85 days since my off, rammed at a roundabout and still no offer on my bike and now this bollocks about claiming for my clothing and lid. Anyone had this bullshit before. I fecking hate insurance companies they are all coonts. Sorry minor rant.

Not esure is it? They're the insurance company who does nothing, literally legal insurance only without actual protection at all.

Look on BBC sounds for how to complain..
Basically , write a letter explaining what you expected to happen, a summary of what has happened, and a clear explanation of what you want to happen. Send it via post and email. Give them a sensible time limit to produce a satisfactory response, failing which you will copy everything to the ombudsman.

I think the go-to for this sort of stuff is White Dalton... they're like a bit of a fighting force for people struggling with crash type stuff.
worth a phone call maybe.

Do what I'm doing, Financial Ombudsman. As soon as I said to esure that I'm doing that, they bribed me to not do that.
