You get pneumatic instead of muscle.

Every movement is accompanied by wheezing hissing noises.

I get this thing turning away from cashpoints that jars my leg. No other time, just when moving away from a cashpoint. It might be because I'm a tight Yorkshireman as well as old.

Hairs in your nose, your eyebrows and on your ears grow faster than those on your head.

Gravity

It affects you more as you get older. It's pulling your hair down through your head and out through other parts.

Didn't you see the survey that said that the maximum acceptable age for visiting a night club is 37.

It's an older study, but it still checks out...

They were talking about it on the radio the other day so it must have been redone more recently, it was still 37.

TBF taking advise from an internet tabloid on how to run your life is not the best thing to do.

Damn :o :o That suggests I've been 'old' since I was about 10!!!

Might explain why I seem to be regressing!!

I'm fairly sure we start getting old when we 'think' we are old. I know people younger than me that are about 20 years older than me mentally. I'm lucky in that I don't look my age, even on a bad day people don't believe me! And with my lack of interest in being a proper grown up any more, I can stay 'young' for longer :D :D

I always say to people that 'you don't stop riding bikes (or doing other hobby/passion) because you get old, you get old because you stop riding bikes (or doing other hobby/passion)'. I know that's a little blasé, but despite my physical issues, it's from accidents; so I am not putting the creaks down to age

I can't imagine getting as old as some of the younger people I know!! I bloody hope I don't!!! :bblonde: :bblonde: :bblonde:
