Well i think its Sky Q. This is a customers box what is in a understairs cupboard. The answerphone is connected to that box what is shit as that has been left in there also (Sky set it up) Lady wants the answerphone in her kitchen but unsure what all we need to do this. Presuming some sort of repeaters but would they need to be Sky ones?

Telephone has to be physically plugged into the router on those, best bet is to see if the router can be moved to a more reasonable location.

No chance. Cable would need to run round a hallway through a dinning room into the kitchen/diner where she wants the answerphone. She is alone and kind of just lives in the Kitchen/diner area.

If it's an RJ45 socket for the phone it's probably ethernet, use some ethernet over mains devices, but the voice quality will be shit
