Message in Outbox - why not Sent?

What can the Admins do to help, any requests for changes, updates, etc.

Message in Outbox - why not Sent?

As per the heading. Sent a PM to a member, but it's sat in the Outbox for the last hour or so. Any idea why?

It's not 'sent' in that context until they've seen it.
