I always thought Marmite was supposed to be full of the stuff?

Fish, meat & eggs is the best though:

My B12 was flagged up a couple of years ago. I was surprised because I have none of the usual symptoms. I'm never lacking in energy or any of the other stuff,so the 3 monthly jab makes no difference to me whatsoever, that I can feel anyway.

I think sometimes they got my files mixed up with some other bod.

Tablets won't work. Your system can't process the B12 that's why it's injected.
I know some have the jab more regularly than the 12 weeks.
I'd speak to your GP.

I have it every 12weeks as well. Just had my first one since the covid lockdown. They gave me pills while CV lockdown was in place, which are pointless, the entire reason I am B12 deficient is my gut can't absorb it, so pills are of no use.
