I've used Strava and before that MapmyRide, both are fine.

How good are your eyes?

I only ask because, since mine went wonky, my bike speedo of choice (Sigma) don't do screens with big enough numerals. :D And I refuse to wear specs when on the bike.
So i ended up with this in the end

Yeah, that's what I said. ;)

So, I always did ok with Sigma ones. Cheap enough, sturdy enough, simple enough.

Good news I beat yesterday's time by 3 mins.

Bad news Strava only shows average MPH.

Give komoot a try, it's good for planning routes and following other people's routes as well.

Eh? It's been a while since I was on it but its got max speed, average speed, output in watts (after you feed your weight into the parameters).
I think eventually they put some of the better features behind a paywall and left the free version to be fairly basic but it was nice to see names I knew thirty seconds ahead of me on a ten mile section and set that as a goal. When you beat that you look for the next person to beat.

Got that as well. Will just use it for speedo and Strava for details :)
