A sort of ongoing review as my van has died about 20 metres from my house. Conveniently inconvenient if you will.
Anyway, I have cove with the above so I phoned and was able to speak to a human within a couple of minutes. They are sending someone from my local garage within 90 minutes.
I'll update as the excitement unfolds.

I've been with them for a couple of year now. Called them out twice within 3 days and got good service both times, second time i was a passenger in my sisters car too. No policy increase at renewal either. They don't have their own trucks and use local firms.

I've had a courtesy call from them to find out what's happening.
No sign of the garage yet, but I knew that anyway as I spoke to them before I phoned the breakdown people. They'll fetch my van away when they deliver my wife's serviced car
Local arrangements make life so much easier.

Be good if they covered bikes. No mention of them on their site.

I think it's personal cover so it's any vehicle, subject to a maximum weight IME of other companies.
The garage arrived about 1600 yesterday, I wasn't actually in when they swapped vehicles.
I'm happy with the service so far.
