Dorna CEO Carmelo Ezpeleta says the latest gimmick to try and devalue the premier motorcycling series on the planet, is NOT a cheap imitation of the much more popular and exciting world superbike series; claiming he’s never even heard of Headlock Rayliottazoo or Jeremy Reyes.
He says introducing the egg and spoon race was a totally unique decision made up by him last night, anyone that has a problem with this can meet for a sit down at pier 3 in Newark docks at 1am tomorrow morning.
If this proves to be a successful addition, he is said to be planning to introduce a showdown format for the final 3 rounds of the 2023 championship - he will announce this shortly after coming up with the idea next Friday.
