11 days ago i ordered a pair of tyres.....at a very reasonable price i might add. The website says in stock so i am.expecting them in 2-3 working days according to the blurb.
I follow the tracking number and on weds ot shows them at the dispatch centre 20 miles away.
Bike up on stands and lets whip the tyres off ready then.
Thursday no tyres! Friday.....no tyres.
Check the tracking page........unable to deliver to yoir address, need additional information.......aaarrrgggghhhhhh!
So i diligently input the legal address..........computer says no!
I fake a house number and it accepts it.
Saturday i get an email from the supplier wanting my address again. FFS!
Today, Tuesday, a white van rolls up our lane.
'Vous connaissez Mr Austin'
'C'est mon prenom, vous avez mes pneus'
'Non, seulment le un'
Oh FFS, really.
Anyway i now have a nice shiny front dunlop fitted, just need the rear now!

I've found M&P to be very good at delivering everything I've ordered from them apart from tyres, which took over a week to turn up, to be fair to M&P the courier lost them and they did 3 laps of the Midlands before I got them.

Did you have to pay extra for the pre tyre scrubbing service?

The only thing they've let me down on is a set of tyres. They delivered a totally wrong pair. I moaned, they collected them and banned me from buying off them.

A few emails to the CEO cleared that but I'd already got the tyres from https://www.oponeo.co.uk/. They were cheaper and quickly delivered from Germany. The laugh is they were Avons.

Absolutely priceless!
Just got an email reply from the tyre people telling me I only ordered a front tyre.
My bank account and confirmation email say differently.
Literally just had a reply to that email of
We'll send it out 48hr delivery ( nothing here is 24hr)
