I think you got the price wrong on the carbs.
I sold a FCR41MX (an OEM KTM one) a few years back for £150 and the bloke who bought it told me what a bargain it was.

A few years back isn't the same as now and I just want shot of them, if you think they're worth loads more than that maybe there's an opportunity there for you to make some money by buying them from me and flipping them?KungFooBob wrote: ↑Sat Jun 18, 2022 5:28 pm I think you got the price wrong on the carbs.

But I'm pretty sure I didn't pay much for them when I bought them 10 years ago.

An ebay 'sold' listings search suggests they're worth anything between £250 and £600.
So a bargain if someone wants to 'flip' them, but that aint me

The FCRs are seriously cheap, I'm trying to think of a use for them, be a really good upgrade for a DRZ400S if anyone has one

Would they do anything good on a 350LC?
There is no cloud, just somebody else's computer.

I think they're too big for an LC, they'd be great on a TRX 850 or a 900SS Ducati

They are MX FCR's, so side draft not down draft.Le_Fromage_Grande wrote: ↑Sun Jun 19, 2022 7:57 amI think they're too big for an LC, they'd be great on a TRX 850 or a 900SS Ducati

Down Draft FCR41's fetch around £600 for a pair 2nd hand...millemille wrote: ↑Sun Jun 19, 2022 9:07 amThey are MX FCR's, so side draft not down draft.Le_Fromage_Grande wrote: ↑Sun Jun 19, 2022 7:57 amI think they're too big for an LC, they'd be great on a TRX 850 or a 900SS Ducati

Indeed, that's why I looked at the massively cheaper side drafts to see if they could be packaged for a v twin engine.G.P wrote: ↑Sun Jun 19, 2022 6:17 pmDown Draft FCR41's fetch around £600 for a pair 2nd hand...millemille wrote: ↑Sun Jun 19, 2022 9:07 amThey are MX FCR's, so side draft not down draft.Le_Fromage_Grande wrote: ↑Sun Jun 19, 2022 7:57 am

@millemille - If you've still got theFCRs I'd love at least one of them ( or will take both if you prefer) as a potentially interesting mini-upgrade project for my Vincent rebuild- got a feeling they may be too big (std Amal is 1 1/8 " so approx 29mm ) but it's the same as on my trusty old 525EXC and the are great carbs and it could be interesting making it workmillemille wrote: ↑Sat Jun 18, 2022 5:50 pmA few years back isn't the same as now and I just want shot of them, if you think they're worth loads more than that maybe there's an opportunity there for you to make some money by buying them from me and flipping them?KungFooBob wrote: ↑Sat Jun 18, 2022 5:28 pm I think you got the price wrong on the carbs.
