New moderator
As you'll see from the names at the bottom of the page, we now have a new Mod in place.
@Count Steer
I like to try and give different people a chance to experience things and he's the 4th we've had in the last 2 years since we began.
@crust is also a mod, but techincally he doesn't really moderate, he's also the emergency Admin in case i drop dead, he's got all the permissions i have, although not necessarily the knowledge on day 1.....
Mod stuff is a fairly thankless task at times and it does sometimes mean you have to change your posting style... I know it certainly has for me, if i posted some of the replies i think in my head on some of the threads, i'd have to ban myself
So... play nice and don't give him too much to clear up

Yeah it's something i didn't know whether i should or shouldn't do... some don't like the world knowing who's a mod and who's not, but in the interest of transparency i thought i would.

Actually, having seen how much K12GT you can get for your I might just be tempted to freshen up the wee.

Just used to get sent to the stores for a 'long weight' back in the day, or got your nethers greased (which was probably in preparation for the hat)

Long stand, Skyhook, Bucket of steam to test pipes, New bubble for a spirit level, Tartan paint, Cordless extension,Count Steer wrote: ↑Thu Jun 16, 2022 5:59 pm Just used to get sent to the stores for a 'long weight' back in the day, or got your nethers greased (which was probably in preparation for the hat)
I was slightly disappointed that nobody tried to send me for a Skyhook cos I spotted two sizes of em in the Petzl climbing and caving geat catalogue and might well have brought one back just out of sheer bloodymindedness.
