A legend he is too. A group of mates and myself were watching that race when he pulled back a certain flip,we all to a man jumped out of out seats!

I still think of the 500GP race where he was blackflagged for passing under a waved yellow... which probably cost him the title that year. Events on that lap were all very confused with several riders overtaking, realising they were under a caution and dropping back. I still believe that Max, as the anti-establishment figure in the paddock, was unfairly treated.
