I think it was Merv that pitched up at the Reigate Hill car park, rode up a grass bank, jumping off while the bike was in motion and casually leaned the bike against a tree. I may have applauded.

Merv was a courier though, so automatically a bit mad!
A few of us Belfast couriers had them, I used to go mad on my Transalp and Squirrel's KLE got wheelied so much it blew up. There was another guy on a Super Ten, but he ended up destroying a Renault 5 with it.
Good to see old trailies that haven't been made into scramblers.

Back from the day when all of Europe realised how good ADV bikes could be and over here it was all about race reps and anyone with abig trailie was looked at strangely
