South Downs Way, end to end.... Summer RTTL adventure ?

was reading something on STW forum about guys doing SDW, i thought "we should do this as a bunch together"

Obviously at 100miles it's a long arse day out, we'd be looking 12-14 hours out on the hills but if it would sell the idea better, i'm not against 2 daying it... Depends how many out of us fancy it really and who fancies 1 dayer or 2.

So, what you reckon then gang ? Theoretically i reckon even the Eebikers could potentially get away with it for a 2 dayer.

Plan would be early start in Winchester (either staying in the Premier Inn or not) and ride to Eastbourne. Finish at the prom and hit the local pub and curry house, staying over in Eastbourne for the night.

Train. Takes 90 mins or so I think, maybe a bit more

Last time, me and crust got our day after getting home clothing and toiletries sent to our hotel a couple of days before the trip.

Made things a lot easier.

The reason I was thinking 2 days was to allow the ebike crew to join plus adding in another night of banter and people won't be completely dead after the 1/2
