It's different I'll give it that but otherwise the epitome of form over function so it's a big fat no from me, despite having had a schwinnesque bicycle with the twin top tubes when I was a kid.

Clever, in a batshit crazy kind of way, and beautifully executed. But I think the riding experience would run the gamut from apprehensive all the way to downright terrifying.
