What bike have you not ridden but really should have?

I've ridden and tested a lot of bikes.

But one I guess has passed me by is the big 1200cc adventure bikes, arguably a KTM 1190/1290 but even the BMW XR 1000

I can see one appearing in the coming years, so really ought to test one.

XSR900 and Z900RS, both similar performance to my 750, but the XSR is ugly and the Z expensive for what it is.

I would have liked a crack at the K12R type of thing when I could actually fold myself up to fit on them.

I thought the K12 engine in the GT was a thing of joy so it would have been nice to see what it was like with a bit more pep.

As with RB, a day on a Rocket III would be interesting.

I've never ridden a Harley of any description. Sometimes I like how they look,such as Mr.LB's yoke. I imagine I'd hate the ride,but since I haven't tried,I don't know for sure.

I rode one over 20 years ago, I was obsessed with sports bike at the time, my lasting memory was that twisting the throttle didn't make it go noticeably faster, just made it louder.

I've matured since then and think I'd quite like something like the XR1200.

I rode a race Harley 883 about 30 years ago, it was horrible, a 250LC was better at every thing.

Like others have mentioned, a Rocket III. I have ridden lots of bikes, but never one I would not want to own (like a GS or a Buell), but the Rocket is my one exception.

I had a 1200 Sportster with Edelbrock heads, Andrews cam, Mukini carb, etc., etc. Exceptionally quick from a standstill, but the standard, pathetic single disc front brake and stock chassis made anything other than straightline acceleration scary.

As far as I know the race series 883s were standard apart from tyres, rear sets, dropped handlebars and a noisy exhaust, the one I rode wasn't fast enough to be scary.

Harleys are OK unless you try and ride like a normal motorbike, they scrape very easy but relax and enjoy the old fashioned engine their fine. Then hand back when you remember motorbikes are about corners

We have a bloke currently going to full license who is a short arse and cant get flat footed on any of our bikes, even the lowered ones so he is doing his training and Mod1 and Mod2 on a bike he bought that fits him
