Cartegena 25th - 27th March 2022- Who's up for it?

I've got serious itchy feet again at the moment, and the soggy filthy roads hav got me looking at Euro TDs, prompted by my Lydden mate booking this one
https://eurotracks.nolimitstrackdays.co ... &aff=&src=

It's a bargain IMO - 3 days on track , 3 nights hotel and UK bike transport comes in at less than the cost of 2 soggy days at Silverstone, and to cap it all, flights from Luton are currently only £23....

I know Covid restrictions could do a Portimao on this one too, but I'm taking the view that's not too likely

I've never been to Cartegena but fancy giving it a go- anyone else here up for it ?

I asked the wife.

She said no.

Apparently there's some holibob days that have to be used up in Feb, rather than March or she'd have been up for it (if I had a track bike).

Well, with the current covid management strategy continuing, I can see another year of cancellations. I wouldn't hold my breath on the TT happening. Big decisions to be made. 🤔

I thought fuck it why not yesterday and booked, so I need to get those new boots bought now 8-)

We're going to make a little Spanish holiday of it, not fly back immediately after the TD and travel up (or down, not decided yet) the coast a bit

I have thought of picking up something sortsbike-y specifically just for this trip , but don't think I will, so it'll be the 890

I love it. Been there twice and been happy smiley both times!! (I did lie the 10r in the gravel at the end of the straight the first time  no real damage!)

Would love to go back some time :D :D
