You get the tags when you upload but if looking at your gallery and want to share one just click on share and the tags come up again, like.

I'd always thought that CJ was older and grumpier than the pic suggests

I am old, and grumpy!

And yes, I did leave one pic of me on view deliberately. If your neighbour lives in the SW we are probably related, although I dont recognise the name. If you live in the E or SE we may not be.
