Admin request, who can design banners ?

So we have the new forum, but it's all looking a bit.... well... unfriendly at the top.

Now, banners are really not me ! Not at all.

I'll try in the coming days and weeks, but i expect it would wind up being VERY basic indeed.

So, trying to stick to the name, plus not too in your face for office based people, can anyone come up with a banner ?

needs to be in a generic pic format as per this link below
