Re: One for KFB
They're better looking in the flesh.
I'd have one in a heartbeat if offered.
It would go well in my fantasy garage with all the other 90's Homologation Superbikes.

My friend Martin had one (and probably still has it) they're just as ugly in real life, he's got 3 or 4 Bimotas, none of them are finished very well or look particularly great, taking the enging out to change the front sprocket puts me off the Yamaha engine ones

I used to think Bimota made lovely looking bikes, but looking back none of them have aged well and look a bit like off kilter tupperware.

Amazing how dated the Bimota looks now...

Re: One for KFB
I tend to agree- the more recent efforts are however IMO things of beauty- the DB7 / 8 is one of the few bikes that might tempt me to buy another sportsbike, if only to have as an ornament in the house, they are truly lovely close up, which can't really be said for the likes of the SB6, SB8 etc.
They've also done a decent styling job on the H2 Tesi too , it is an absolute tank of a thing, and not the lowest cost bike you could buy, but as tanks go, it's a looker IMO

The DB8 is drop dead gorgeous, the H2....I'd need to live with for a while to talk myself around.Tricky wrote: ↑Wed Sep 15, 2021 11:52 am

That H2 qualifies as one of the ugliest bikes I've ever seen. So much fussiness, so many bad details, tiny gobs of colour here and there, and here, and there...

Has there ever been an attractive Bimota, 1st time I heard of them was in 1983, and I found the looks challenging.
