A K100 hack is a bit like the response to the bloke asking for directions: 'If I were you, I wouldn't start from here'.
I quite like some bits like the bar-end indicators. The exhaust wrap is ugly and the mirrors are rather silly.
Having said that I just don't get post-1960s café racers. Possibly the most pointless bike configuration of all. They're just show ponies.

Of course they're not carbon copies, but its always those tyres, that gap, those mudguards, that seat etc. Its just this merge of the bobber/brat into the urban bike. It's not exciting for me and doesn't make me bother or want to look at the details because the overall look is the same. The restomod is a more exciting emergence for me.
