I've done old school Star Trek too in the recent past....

Tales of the unexpected are another one i've watched as well as V the series.

During the first lockdown I was getting up early in the morning and watching Cheers. It's way better than I remember it.

The other year UK Mould was showing Brush Strokes. I rewatched every episode. Highly underrated comedy series IMO.

Buck Rogers (season 1), mainly for Erin Gray/Wilma Deering. Space 1999, sometimes very ropey effects but other times given the budget they had, they were very, very good (War Games) and Maya.

Did I imagine it, or did they share the special effects with the original Battlestar Galactica? Seem to recall the spaceships were nigh on identical.

One I remember from my youth was a ropey BBC production called 'Tripods'. Always rued not watching the last episode, but I suppose it must be online somewhere.

Ah, the Diamond was on the opening credits, Chocky was a swirly cloudy thing.

None, c'mon they were ok for the time / age we were, but they're all pretty dreadful

Yeah that was really good - good theme tune as well.

My missus watches "Crazy Like a Fox" (that she remembers but I'd never heard of) and know annoyingly I'm addicted to it FFS.

I stumbled across an episode of this the other night, can't remember what channel, and it had Boy George in it. It was the most surreal and dreadful thing I can recall seeing in many a year. He'd obviously negotiated certain things within the contract, and so the entire regulation bodge-in-the-workshop/car-chase-blowing-up-crazy-jumps-machine-gun scene was set to the sound of him singing a pop song, ostensibly set in a redneck club which they cut to occasionally. I try and avoid 70's 80's and upwards, I feeel sorry for those who have to it seems, watch nothing other than Touch of Frost interminably I mixed 27 out of 34 so have had quite enough of em!! Bit like heartbeat, I was in the sixties Then spent 16 years doing HB Longer than the sixties itself! my CV can be read on ITV 3 or Drama channel.
