Since moving up North I've become a little more frugal with some things and one thing that I've though overpriced since their invention is dropper remotes - Why on earth do they have to be more expensive than a front shifter.
Anyway I did all the convert front shifter thing and it worked OK but lots of dirt got in and eventually it fell to bits although it worked well for a while.
So I had look round for something else and came across this on ebay for £5.

Anyway with very minor modification :
Hey presto - tested in the yard and works fine - will be getting more of a workout tomorrow if it doesn't rain too much
