Tour de Sarf Dahns and Friston Singletrack.
I’m off all next week and both weekends, is anyone interested in a guided ride around my local trails?

Right I'm off again, this weekend, next week and weekend, any takers for a tour of Friston (its finally drying out yay)?

We'll be in Ipswich for nearly a week in August 16th (unless the world goes to shot between now and then), it would be great to arrange something for that week

I don't think he means Friston in Suffolk
If you want routes for Ipswich I can give you my two favourites, also worth trying is the Viking Trail at Tunstall and my mate really rates Twisted Oaks but it's too "Bike Park" for me.

The purple route can be very muddy and the western part of it is clay
The blue route is flatter but twistier, the oval at the end is a wood with single track to explore, there are also lots of little routes round Foxhall Stadium to play on - but be careful for home made jumps that aren't very safe

Cheers for the routes, I'll take a look at them
