I tried one of these today.

The throttle return spring on the Zed seems pretty hefty and after a while my hand would ache from holding a steady throttle,so I thought it's only £5.99 off the bay and worth a go.

I rode for about 3 hours today, only stopping once for fuel and it works a treat. A steady speed can be held without the need for a death grip on the throttle = no aching right hand.

The doofer doesn't interfere with normal exuberance when you need to be having fun,it can be twisted out of the way,or leave it where it is.

It doesn't even look too gash.

I use these on my bike because of arthritis in both hands.
If i grip the throttle tight my hand locks and i cant release the throttle, not good :P

Even better when you realise you cant open your hand to grab the brake :)

My mate put one of those on his ZX10R in France a few years ago. After about 5 minutes pootling through a town, we had to do an unexpected stop. All I could hear behind me was 14000RPM.
He took ot off.

I've got them on all three of my bikes, plus gave a couple away to my brothers when we did our Euro trip a few years ago.

Costs peanuts and actually works...

...which is unusual for bike accessories which usually cost an arm and a leg and are useless.
