why not ? I can't see what's not to like on something like this... it's simple, refined... nice enough.

The seat is too short, but that's not really what I don't like, what I don't like is that it looks like a bike from the 70s, my biking started in the 80s and bikes like this looked dated in the 80s, so it's not to my taste, but it looks well done.

The tyre will smash the back end over first bump.

I'm rapidly coming to the conclusion that I don't like a bike that's messed around with simply to make it look different when it becomes less practical than the original.
The front mudguard doesn't. The bike isn't level and tank and seat slope backwards. The ducktail is pointless. The rear shocks look like they'd collapse under the weight of a six year old rider. The exhaust will likely be ear-splitting and screw up the fuelling. And no-one in their right mind would want to sit on the pillion seat.

@The Spin Doctor I can’t read that without remembering an early 1980s Yellow Pages advert... “I were right about that saddle though....”

You'd need to be 6 year old to get your foot onto the foot peg.The Spin Doctor wrote: ↑Tue May 25, 2021 11:48 am I'm rapidly coming to the conclusion that I don't like a bike that's messed around with simply to make it look different when it becomes less practical than the original.

No idea how you'd reach the back brake

Good point. And the first time you turn a corner - unless they have welded the steering straight - those mirrors are going to clout the tank.

Naaah.
Backend looks gash. Oh and those tyres look like they're off an early horseless carriage.
Likely easy enough to sort I guess with another tail unit and seat but I have no love whatsoever for CB750s so I just don't care.
However, I do really like GS Thou's which aren't a huge amount better so its all just a matter of what bikes pressed the buttons at the impressionable age.
Over the years there has been very few Hondas that I've really liked, dunno why.
That zorst looks like the one I had on my XJ550, I was told it might have been an early Laser or Alpha, it had baffles but was still loud.

Not for me. It's an iconic bike that lends itself well to the Cafe Racer style or even a subtle resto mod, but that is just hipster gash.
