Black Mountain cycle center : Sometime after 20th July

Post by weeksy »

Bit of a trailcenter day out being planned for end of July, anytime from 20th onwards works for us...

Trails look ace and we've never been over to that one, so thought we'd have a day out.

Anyone fancy a bit ?

I was going to say, a black at BPW is a red at Black Mountain. A lot shorter runs, the whole centre is crammed into a much smaller space and thee are no facilities to speak of, but it's a good day out. A full on DH bike gets a work out there.

Great place (hopefully I'll be in Chatel then, otherwise I'd have tagged along). Uplift tractor is a bit rough but efficeint enough.

I got a pissy on with them a while back because I bought about £50 worth of single uplift tickets and landed up leaving after 1 run cos the boy wasn't well.

They wouldn't honour the tickets a few months later so I lost that money.
