MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 Le Mans. the French king will reign ?

Well it's coming up to the new round of MotoGP calendar.

With Jack Miller on a high, Marquez having had a couple more day/weeks to recover and the Quat having had arm-pump surgery, how will we see the race play out in the big class?

Will Vinales do his usual trick of going hero-zero-hero.... or will one day he find some consistency ?

Will Morbi find his form or will Bagnia pull further ahead in the title.

Lowes to find consistency again and if he can't win, then pick up good points

McPhee, can the lad actually stop on the bike and pick up some much needed points... if he doesn't is he putting next seasons contracts at risk ? There must be a time he needs to step up to Moto2?

And the goods news is: It will be broadcast free to air on ITV4 from 9.45am to 2.10pm, taking in Moto3, Moto2 and MotoGP races.

I’ve switched off MotoGP. Little excitement compared to the argy-bargy of the tiddlers. Always lots of unpredictable excitement.

Whilst it's not fairing banging (unless you're Miller and know that the stewards aren't going to deal with you) MotoGP has never been more competitive. There's never been more different bikes, riders and teams on the podiums than there has in the last three seasons and this year is shaping up to be another bizarre one. Unless you're a fan of watching a rider disappear then there's never been a better time to be a MotoGP fan!

I honestly don't know, Le Mans Bugatti track is such a tricky circuit it's hard to say.

I already think it's too late for McPhee, he needs to win at least 5 races this year to be with a chance of being offered a Moto 2 ride, and he's too small for a Superbike.

It may be competitive but it is almost certainly boring. Reminds me of the days of Doohan and his corporate speak. From what I I can see there are no real characters on the MotoGP grid such as the likes of Schwantz and Lawson to name but two. They’ve all been corporatised. I guess that why I always preferred WSB to MotoGP - Foggy and Chili, what a pair!

If nothing else, it’s good to see Miserable Marquez is not disappearing off the grid leading to yet another one rider race. MotoGP needs a few more heroes and villains and definitely a British rider.

I’ll stick with the all out madness of the tiddlers.

Have a pleasant day.

Yeah, Miller trying to punt people off at 120 mph, Pol doing the same most of last season, the last corner lunges by Marquez and Dovi two seasons ago, the last corner lunges last season that saw KTM get their first victory, one of the riders being banned for doping offences - it's dull as fuck.

;)

Miller was the first to go to slicks on a drying track - no-one else got there quickly enough hence the big gaps. FP2 should give us a more realistic picture.

Marc has to be happy with 6th, that’s some progress.

Mir seems to be getting arsy with Marquez as well. Mir always seems to be composed and a decent guy but fighting Marc might not be the beat idea.

Little Pedro is fun to watch

And McPhee is on it for the last 3 laps

I'm surprised that nobody came in for dry tyres. They said they were lapping 10 seconds slower than normal.

But evidently it's a long pit lane.
