The Repair Shop

Post by Buckaroo »

I really like this program and have a lot of admiration for the craftsmanship these folks have. But, can anyone tell me what the guy with the fancy outfit and flat cap does. His part is kind of lost on me and if I were one of crafts person I'd probably get a little irritated by his swanning around the joint.

Or is just me being grumpy :x

The coloured fella?

He's the host, he is also a dab hand at building furniture https://jayand.co/

Not liking the emphsis now on the back stories "if was my Dads and it will mean so much (£££) if you can repair it for free". We all watch it in the house and all like the skills involved.

Mrs. Skub is a big fan of the programme,so I've watched a few by proxy. The 'emotion' for the camera makes me squirm a little.

Very enjoyable and good skills for sure.
