Sun glare from clocks
It was a lovely day for a ride today, so it would have been rude not to have popped down to West Sussex for a Round Britain Rally landmark (= social distancing par excellence). The ride south was nice (how is the A29 such a nice road, when it's so straight?) BUT, on the way back I was horribly afflicted by the sun reflected from the clocks. It was almost as if no matter where the sun actually was it found a way to reflect itself directly into my eyes.
Does anyone have a solution for this? I have some polarising clip-on sunglasses, so I could try those, but I don't really like sunglasses on a bike as they are too dark much of the time. What about this anti-glare cover?

Any thoughts on that, or other ideas?

You need a dark visor. Not only will it reduce glare, but you'll look cool and be more attractive to women.

You need a Street Triple as you can angle the dash up or down and it has an adaptive backlight

Advice much appreciated, but buying a new bike wasn't really very high up on my list of solutionsTrinity765 wrote: ↑Tue Apr 20, 2021 6:31 am You need a Street Triple as you can angle the dash up or down and it has an adaptive backlight
