Any Good Paint Providers?

I need a good colour match for the pearlescent blue on the Suzuki. To touch up some scratches and paint the big plastic cover at rear of tank.

I've heard some say that you need 2 packs for a better cover, but is that just hype.

Gonna take it to a good local sprayer.
