I have a 1.4kg top rump roasting joint for tomorrow and I'm wondering if I could use the mighty Ninja Foodi to pressure cook it then brown it off? Anyone done this?

Why do you want to pressure cook it? to save time? I'm assuming the Ninja foodi isn't a normal pressure cooking method?

I'd be doing a nice joint like tht in the oven and making some lovely gravy in the traditional way.

I was going to use the Ninja as it should do that well and get a very tender joint by pressure cooking and either bake or air crisp the outside for colour. But I slow cooked it in the end as I didn't want to risk ruining it as we unexpectedly had my Step Dad join us.

Dunno about roasts, but it does braised brisket very well :)
