New Brake lever/blade replacement

Post by formula400 »

Right again resulting from my off id like to change the brake lever as the end is damaged and scuffed, does not need replacing but looks ugly.

ive got Shimano MT201 / UR300 on there. any idea where to source just the lever its self??? and that way won't have to replace too much and bleed them.

madness, just spoke to a shop, you can't just buy/replace the lever, you need the whole until replacing (cheap at £14) but then need the bugger bled.

If it doesn't come with one you'll need an Olive and Barb too.. Bleeding ain't hard, but you'll need Shimano fluid and a bleed method.

excessive, IMO you'll just need the bleed cup and a bit of patience.

I've always done Shimanos just with the bleed cup. Well, in the last 10 years, before that it was syringe.
