What about this XSR900
I don't like them, it doesn't really look like an LC, the proportions are wrong, but I thought it would be good for discussion

Mate has one, looks pretty much identical as you can buy that as a kit. Personally, i think it's bloody awful myself.

For those not seeing the image.
(I couldn't see the image due to a combo of a Bing link using encoded url for the image which is coming from a wordpress blog, I think)

The image issue is because it's done from an Amazon Kindle Fire, and they're weird

Re: What about this XSR900
The only image issue that I'm having is that someone has bolted some white panels with blue stripes on an XS in the bizarre belief that it may resemble an LC. It's fucking awful.

Naaah, that swoopy paintjob worked on LCs and XJs* but the angles are all wrong on that bike.
Looks like a right fat blokes sat on it and squashed it down at the seat.
*To be more accurate, I prefer the black red and orange version of it.

Horrible, really naff, I'd be embarassed riding it
Yeah, that- I'd have a standard white/red one any day over that, even if it were a few bob more- why anyone would pay more for that beats me.demographic wrote: ↑Wed Feb 10, 2021 6:15 pm Naaah, that swoopy paintjob worked on LCs and XJs* but the angles are all wrong on that bike.

Re: What about this XSR900
The XSR looks like a pseudo dirt bike, fuel tank sits too high, the handlebars are too high and there's a huge gap between the rear wheel and the mudguard, IMO it needs a restyle.

Re: What about this XSR900
It always remind me of a TDM850! The colour scheme above is the best i've seen on the standard bike!Le_Fromage_Grande wrote: ↑Thu Feb 11, 2021 1:41 pm The XSR looks like a pseudo dirt bike, fuel tank sits too high, the handlebars are too high and there's a huge gap between the rear wheel and the mudguard, IMO it needs a restyle.
