Right, last night, some sod tried to break in to the out house, they did not manage to get in, guessing they used a screw driver or something to try and pry it open. Now I’ve got a dilemma, the house is up for sale, do we repair the door or replace it??? I have the piece that broke off, I am guessing the sliding door’s are uPVC
Can this even be repaired?

Re: Broken garden out house door
Personally I would go with replace cos I couldn't fix it to the point where I think it would look right...
But, I have seen some plastic repairs that have been very good indeed so it might be worth getting one of those Plastic Window Surgeon chaps to have a look at it.
Maybe but if its covered on your insurance then work out what the excess is and go from there.

Re: Broken garden out house door
The plastic is probably stretched so can't easily be glued back on. Expecting a replacement to be expensive or unavailable I'd look for a big lock to cover it all with. Possibly a metal plate on the outside with hasp and staple all fixed with security bolts.

The lock is not damaged in anyway, it’s just the frame of the door it’s self, any annoying if it needs a new door, absolute w**ker
