That's pretty. One thing that jars on the XSR is that infill piece or gap between the tank and frame. It draws my eye every time.

At last a screen that will work. This current GSXR the screen was useless. Had to buy a double bubble jobby.
Strange as all my previous ones had seven screen.

If all the fairing was there that would be nice

Agree, does look a bit strange and detract from it , I still like it though, nice.

If I squint all sports bike merge into the same image!
Even though most sportsbikes do nothing for me, I quite like that one. Not particularly fond of the XSR's looks in its standard guise, but never quite sure why? It looks sort of bananary with outdated lights. Tis a cracking bike to customise though and some good efforts out there! The more you look, the more you find!

Be nice when they find the rest of the fairing.
In general I like it but it needs the fairing upper or it just looks like they've been working on it and taken it for a quick spin before fitting the rest back on.

Dunno if there's some prior Yamaha history I'm not aware of here, but to me white/blue/red sportsbikes are Honda! There are so many of em in the factory colours. Especially with gold wheels.

Wow thanks for the link. I spotted this which I had almost forgotten I owned whilst a student. Great while it lasted, which wasn't very long...Le_Fromage_Grande wrote: ↑Tue Jan 05, 2021 1:35 pm

At first glance I didn't even notice that, but then it couldn't be unseen!
Very nicely done for the most part. That TZ tail unit still look fine after all these years.
