Crf wnter spends...
Well, I've had the little crf 9 days now and it's spending more than the wife ever has.
First came the helmet and boots, then the
Hand guards,
Then a skid plate,
on the way are, heated grips,
Stand,
Handlebar pad,
Tail tidy.
Gonna have to keep it now.

It gets expensive at first with all new motorbikes as you mould them a bit to your needs

Re: Crf wnter spends...
Get a rear rack - only realistic way to fit the Kriega straps unless you want to start cutting plastic.
You can use the Kriega OS base as that has provision to take a strap but then youโre relying on it taking you moving 145kgs about with it!
Thereโs a yank who has a website/blog about his and the mods heโs done. Managed to take an awful lot of weight out of it which is its biggest failing.

Dark when I'd finished... Tail tidy straight forward, J tech, Nice easy plug n play. Happy.
Getting neat wiring for the hotgrips lost me time. All good now. Cushty.

Re: Crf wnter spends...
Some pics and happy. Hot grips are ace. Wired to battery and auto cut off works great. Oxford recommend to battery so it can read current activity. They do various sorts, sports, touring etc, had to cut throttle side so got the ones allowing for my size, touring i think they were. With handgaurds keeping wind chill off cozy times.
J tech tail tidy improves back end from the usual stock monstrosity. Plug n play, nice easy fit.
Had to lift gear lever, don't think I was releasing pressure on up change so not always happening. Got used to the tyres they'll do for now for what I'm doing.
Happy days.
