Just sell it as a genuine 'something hipstery' milking stool and you'll get your money back.

A pair of Jota bars... remember them?

Fitted them to my 400-F and found the only position where everything lined up was basically how the original bars were aligned.

Then I braked hard one afternoon later that week and the weld on one side parted. Fortunately I'd almost stopped by then and managed to stay upright. I can't remember how I lashed them up to ride home. I suspect it probably involved spanners from the tool kit and lots of gaffer tape.

I'm not sure even that can be used in defence. It's one of those things that marks a person for life, permanently and without forgiveness.

Seriously though, Boyer Bransden Micro Power crankshaft triggered “racing” ignition was prone to tantrums.

And expensive.
