bought a 170mm for my lyrik. anyone done one yet? I got a lower leg service kit too. looks like it's a cassette tool now not a 24mm socket. anything else needed, like circlip pliers? I dont have many spanners at home

Just remember to release the air from the air spring - if it hits you in the face it hurts!
You need a cassette removal tool - and some circlip pliers ...

In theory you need to replace the crush washer on the damper side - in reality , you don’t ...

Upgraded my pikes to this year's debonair the other month , straight forward job. Fiddliest bit was removing the circlip at the bottom of the air shaft.

Might do that - in all honesty, I just used a copper crush washer ...
