If you were wondering why our favourite auld git hasn't been around much lately, it's because Davy was involved in a bike accident a few weeks ago and is still in hospital. I don't have much more than that, other than it may have involved an Asda van and he was in a bad way for a while. I don't think it's a secret as the guys at Storming the Castle NI were sending their best wishes on FB. Hopefully yer maun will be back with us soon and on the mend. :wub:

I've been in touch with his daughter. She says he's off life support and breathing on his own, but his injuries are severe and potentially life changing. He is likely to be in hospital up to next year. But he's a "stubborn oul brute" so you never know. Cards, flowers and whiskey to 4 Donegall Gardens, Whitehead, Carrickfergus BT38 9LP
