Is it expensive? I have never needed anything done before but now i am looking for my Givi pannier frames and a top box rack to be blasted and coated. Top box rack is chrome just now. I was thinking blast and coat would be around £100.

Sounds about right??

I had the pannier rails done on my Varadero maybe ten years ago and it was around £100 for plain gloss black.

According to the place I've been to getting bits done for my old Morini, it's the preparation that can add to the costs.

Get some quotes, it’s no where near as cheap as it used to be.

Sounds not too bad, I had a set of GS crash bars powder coated and I’m sure that was 50 quid.

Is this from the guy at Gilmerton?
