I knew a Scottish bloke in London who got caught stealing from the wrong people in Glasgow many years earlier. He'd had all 28 knuckles smashed with a hammer, had to hold his beer with two hands as his fingers didn't work properly.
Fucker didn't learn his lesson from that episode & stole the tools from 4 or 5 guys I knew in Brixton, he got another lesson that night with a baseball bat.
