RB's query.

Does the forum not like foreign access or something?
For reference I'm in Chile, and using a VPN.
I wouldn't post this in the correct sub forum but....

I'm in Germany and using a VPN with no problems. Expressvpn and using a server in the UK. It's also worked using a server in Germany.

We've blocked locations yes but unless I turn on my laptop and check i have no clue.

It all stemmed from when we had days and days of attack as did all php boards. But there's been no reason to change things

I'll look tomorrow but vpn is the easiest answer

It was mostly Asia but don't know if we blocked south America too

I'm in France and don't use a VPN on the laptop - no issues ! (not that's any use as it's not South America!!)

I'm in now.

I moved the VPN outlet to a UK server and it's working fine.

We do have a rule in place for blocking the continent of South America. Unless it's particularly pressing and as you've worked around it, i'd prefer to leave it in place if possible.

Leave it in place.

Using the VPN works fine.
