3 nights in posh hotel

Then 4 nights in posher hotel hosting 3 days at Portimoa

Then drive up coast for 2 day enduro adventure with 3 nights 5* hotel

Then back to Portimao for another 3 days on track. Again 4 nights in 5* hotel

17 days away and cost is a little frightening

But only same as a month take home pay when I was coining it in

Very envious - well maybe not the enduro but that's only because I never have!!

10K for that seems a little salty ....

Bit painful on the wallet this week. Paid remainder of the track fees and booked the ferries.

Not riding till Friday

Had 3 lovely days at my fave hotel on sea front

Now got 4 nights at 5 star resort included in trackday package

Done the sighting laps

Had 3 chilled days at hotel feeling lazy. Hard to imagine going silly on track.

But now buzzing

Had quick chat with Danny Buchan who showed me 3 very late apexes. Watch that lap record now

Only took one session to get back into the swing of things.
Knee down everywhere but still mistakes. This circuit is a killer

Guy next to me in pits still going at 74. From Barnsley so obviously a Yorkshire thing

176 MPH today. That's fastest I've ever seen on track.

Wowsers. What a great 3 days. First 2 roasting but didn't hamper the riding.
Today cloudy and track not as hot.

Felt as though I was riding ok and had a few tussles along the way

Never chase lap times but at end I asked for best lap and was same as last 3 times.
So not slowing down yet

Can have a few beers tonight and a nice lie in tmrw.

Steady 2 hour drive north tmrw to the enduro base.

Need to gan it over further.
